The calming effects of the chamomile and calendula come together allowing your body to get a calming bath soak, leaving your mind and body relaxed and destressed.
Directions: Add 1/4-1/2 cup of bath salts directly to your warm bath or add to a muslin bag and hang directly under the water spout. If using a muslin bag, after a bath, remove and discard and hang to dry.
