Our After Work Out Bath Tea is a great way to relax the body when you have sore muscles! This all-natural tea comes with a natural aroma.
Directions: Add 1/4-1/2 cup of bath salts directly to your warm bath or add to a muslin bag and hang directly under the water spout. If using a muslin bag, after a bath, discard used tea and hang to dry.
